Travel Agency Employment Agreement

In an employment contract, I always include a statement that the worker is capable of being a faithful link, which means that there is no past, which would prevent an insurance company from writing insurance for the travel agency employer. It is advisable to include this type of information in both employment contracts and work manuals. The parties agree not to transfer or sell this agreement without the prior written consent of the party requesting such measures. Some employment relationships are subject to written contracts that provide for the duration of the contract and stipulate that the worker can only be terminated for the duration of the contract for « good reason » or « for good reason ». » At the end of this agreement, the parties may agree to extend the period by one year from the completion date. The list then serves as a group of separate clients agreed by mutual agreement, which the employee will take or can take over after the termination of the employment relationship. Another scenario is the on-site business agent, who has been in the office of a client company for two years. All of a sudden, the owner of the agency realizes that the employee of the company agency buys the account from his competitors. In addition, a position was offered to agency staff from the company account and loyalty shifted from the agency`s employer to the corporate clientele. On a weekly basis, I have the impression of having a telephone consultation with an agency holder in the following sense: if the company is informed of a violation of one of the provisions of this agreement, it has the right to terminate the entire travel agency contract in the event of a violation of the terms of this agreement. the party that responded to the possibility of terminating this contract. It is also important to address strict compliance with the rules of the CRA, the International Airlines Travel Agent Network, the Cruise Lines International Association and national and federal law and not to allow the issuance of travel documents until the Agency receives the full payment.

These contracts generally apply to travel company managers, or they may be part of the agreement when selling an agency if a portion of the payment for the Agency is included in an employment contract with a former owner.
